TOBYHANNA &#8212; A northeastern Pennsylvania caretaker has pleaded guilty to murder in the death of a 92-year-old man who had been living with her.<a href="http://bit.ly/1TEL3O1" target="_blank">The Pocono Record reports</a> Judith Marc entered the guilty plea to third-degree murder on Monday in a deal with prosecutors.William Collins was found dead in his wheelchair in December 2014 in Marc&#8217;s home. Police say he had suffered a broken neck and head trauma.Police accused Marc of trying to cover up Collins&#8217; death by saying he choked on peach slices.Court documents said Marc was the lone beneficiary of the victim&#8217;s estate. Authorities allege she had tried to take out a $500,000 life insurance policy on him a few months before his death.She&#8217;s now awaiting sentencing.<div class="metaInfo"><bylineMeta>By The Associated Press</bylineMeta></div>
