<p>WILKES-BARRE TWP. &#8212; According to police, a young man drove a handicap cart around Target at approximately 8:50 p.m. on Jan. 5 before coming to a stop, removing pants saturated with urine and urinating on video games and other retail electronics.</p><p>The man then left the store without being detained but has been identified in video footage and is pictured on the Wilkes-Barre Township Police Department Facebook page.</p><p>Anyone who has information regarding this man, who is wanted on charges of indecent exposure and public urination, should contact Patrolman Capparell or Patrolman Allen via <a href="https://www.facebook.com/WBTPD/" target="_blank">the Department&#8217;s Facebook page</a>, via email ptlmcapparell@yahoo.com or call 570-760-0215.</p><style>
