<p>MIDDLETOWN &#8212; The Pennsylvania Powerball jackpot is now the largest in U.S. history at $800 million, according to lottery officials.</p><p>The Powerball jackpot has been rolling over since Nov. 4, 2015.</p><p>An influx in ticket sales that rolled Wednesday&#8217;s $675 million jackpot to $700 million Thursday and $800 million Friday.</p><p>&#8220;We are into uncharted territory with this historic jackpot, so please don&#8217;t wait to buy your ticket,&#8221; said Drew Svitko, executive director at the Pennsylvania Lottery in a written news release. &#8220;Some have suggested that it could reach $1 billion if it rolls again, but considering how many tickets are being sold on Saturday, the chances of another jackpot roll seem slim.&#8221;</p><p>Powerball tickets will be on sale until 9:59 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 9. The drawing will be televised at 11 p.m.</p><style>
