<p>PHILADELPHIA &#8212; The families of three people killed during a shooting spree in eastern Pennsylvania last year are suing Walmart, alleging the retail giant sold ammunition used in the slayings to a man who was underage and drunk.</p><p>The lawsuit says Walmart employees at a store in Easton were negligent in selling a box of .38-caliber ammunition to 20-year-old Robert Jordain. The suit alleges the store failed to make sure Jordain was at least 21, as required by law.</p><p>The wrongful death lawsuit was filed last week in Philadelphia. Walmart officials didn&#8217;t immediately respond to a request for comment.</p><p>Jordain and two other defendants have been charged with homicide in the July 5 shooting deaths of a man in Easton and a man and a woman in nearby Allentown. Police say another man, Todd West, pulled the trigger.</p><style>
