<p>WILKES-BARRE TWP. &#8212; A Stroudsburg man caught on surveillance urinating on merchandise in the Target store in the Wilkes-Barre Township Commons turned himself in Thursday, police said.</p><p>Anel Mujkanovic, 25, was charged with open lewdness, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, police said.</p><p>Police said Mujkanovic entered the store at 8:50 p.m. Tuesday and drove a electric cart for the handicapped around the store, stopping in the electronics aisle. Police said he took off his urine-soaked pants, exposed himself and urinated on video games and accessories before leaving the store.</p><p>Police posted a store surveillance of Mujkanovic on their Facebook page. Police Special Investigations Unit members Robert Capparell and Jude Allen were the arresting officers.</p><style>
