<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A traffic stop Friday ended with the filing a possession of marijuana charge against Kenneth Williams, 23 of Tampa, Florida, police said.</p><p>Officers on patrol spotted Williams driving carelessly and stopped him on West River St. around 5:45 p.m., police said. Officers discovered that there was an arrest warrant for Williams and found he had several plastic bags of suspected marijuana, police said. Police said Williams was taken into custody.</p><style>
