Man provides police with false identification

Traffic stop ends with arrest for marijuana possession

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Officers responded to a motor vehicle crash on Kidder Street which 51-year-old Lisa Petrella of Mountain Top was an operator of a vehicle involved.</p><p>Officers observed signs of intoxication about Petrella&#8217;s breath and person for which she was taken into custody. She submitted to a chemical test of her breath which results indicated her blood alcohol level was above legal limits.</p><p>Charges filed with District Court 11-1-02.</p><style>
