Back Mountain residents benefit from recycling with the Dallas Area Municipal Authority

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A witness stated that she and a 16-year-old victim were walking on S. Main Street. in the early morning on Saturday.</p><p>On said date, they observed a black Chevrolet with tinted windows near the intersection of E. Northampton Street and S. Main Street. The vehicle slowed down, then stopped, and two female occupants and two male occupants exited the vehicle and approached them.</p><p>The one unidentified black female suspect then started yelling at the victim, and then assaulted her by smacking the her in the face with an open hand.</p><p>Suspect two, Sherry Kelly, 21, of Wilkes-Barre, then punched the victim in the face and knocked her to the ground. While on the ground, Kelly repeatedly struck the victim in the face causing bodily injury.</p><p>One of the males, Andrew Carter, 21, of Plains Township, is the ex-boyfriend of the victim.</p><p>He was present with the other suspects when they assaulted the victim, who has a Protection from Abuse Order (PFA) against him.</p><style>
