<p>Before a standing room only crowd Carl Kuren, a lifetime resident of Wilkes-Barre Township, has been sworn in to his fifth term as Mayor of the township by District Judge Michael Dotzel. At the end of this current term Mayor Kuren will have served his community for a total of 32 years, including three terms as a councilman. At the swearing in, from left, Dotzel and Kuren.</p><style>
