Plains Rotary Club donates dictionaries to Plains Solomon Elementary

<p>First grade students of State St. Elementary celebrated Reading is Fundamental (RIF) by holding their annual RIF Day. UGI has sponsored this program for 25 years and representatives were at the school to help distribute books to each student who participated.
