The Republican Party presented a hand-carved marble bust of Dick Cheney to him at the Capitol. They should be visiting him in Leavenworth Federal Penitentiary as a racketeer, a war profiteer, draft dodger and charter member of the Chickenhawks.This phony warmonger and his company, Halliburton, cost the United States an estimated $4 trillion, plus 5,000 dead U.S. soldiers and 300,000 Iraqi civilians.Halliburton was awarded an unheard-of, no-bid war contract. When asked about debts, he replied, &#8220;Debts don&#8217;t matter.&#8221; It doesn&#8217;t matter to him; he is now a billionaire.So maybe they&#8217;ll put the bust of this phony next to Washington and Jefferson in the rotunda.
