Police: Man sought in fire, domestic dispute killed himself

HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — A retrial is underway for a 19-year-old central Pennsylvania man accused of fatally shooting and trying to rob a drug dealer. Prosecutors say Zhaire Dekeyser conspired with George Brown to kill and rob 32-year-old Dailyl Jones in December 2013. Pennlive reports (http://bit.ly/1W6KTkf ) that the retrial for Dekeyser started Tuesday in Harrisburg. A jury didn't come to a verdict for the Harrisburg man. Brown was convicted of murder and robbery charges and received a life-sentence. Prosecutors say Brown told Dekeyser to shoot Jones in the back after Jones fought off the robbery attempt. The defense is seeking an acquittal, saying there's no physical evidence linking Dekeyser to the crime and that prosecution witnesses are lying.
