SHARON, Pa. (AP) — A Pennsylvania woman charged with fatally shooting her husband then wounding herself last summer is still in a psychiatric hospital. Amy Beth Emmett's attorney tells The (Sharon) Herald (http://bit.ly/1nl7duu ) that's why her preliminary hearing has once again been delayed, this time until March 2. The 46-year-old Mercer County woman has been charged with first- and third-degree murder in the July 26 shooting of her 45-year-old husband, William. That occurred in the Sharon Regional Health System lot about 60 miles northwest of Pittsburgh, not far from the Ohio border. Police say a relative told them William Emmett had asked for a divorce before he was shot.
