<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A Nanticoke man is facing potential jail time after threatening to kill a woman who was recently convicted in the suffocation death of her 2&#189;-month-old son.</p><p>William M. Fisher, 45, was scheduled to be sentenced Friday in Luzerne County Court on charges he sent harassing text messages to Tracey Ann Gonda, including one message in which he promised to take Gonda &#8220;to the grave.&#8221;</p><p>&#8220;Coming for u,&#8221; Fisher wrote in a message on April 12. &#8220;U cant hide!&#8221;</p><p>Gonda, Fisher&#8217;s ex-girlfriend, was <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/news/495637/tracey-ann-gonda-of-nanticoke-sentenced-to-15-to-60-months-in-sons-death" target="_blank">sentenced in November</a> to 15 months to five years behind bars after pleading guilty to one count each of child endangerment and corruption of minors in the Feb. 14, 2014 death of her infant son, Jaxon.</p><p>Police said Gonda, 42, fell asleep on a recliner with Jaxon in her arms and then closed the recliner on the boy after awaking several hours later.</p><p>Gonda had admitted to drinking the night Jaxon died and to lying to police about the incident during the early stages of the investigation, including how and where Jaxon&#8217;s body was found.</p><p>Jaxon&#8217;s father, Corey Eckrote, was <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/news/499385/corey-eckrote-sentenced-to-2-6-years-in-prison-for-role-in-infant-sons-death" target="_blank">sentenced to two to six years</a> in jail on Dec. 18 for his role in the infant&#8217;s death.</p><p>According to a criminal complaint, Fisher sent multiple harassing text messages to Gonda between April and May. He was previously charged with stalking in 2013, court documents show.</p><p>Police said Fisher, of 41 W. South Street, also illegally entered a Nanticoke residence on April 23 and demanded to know the whereabouts of Gonda and Eckrote. Fisher told the homeowner he was &#8220;going to kill her (and him)&#8221; before he goes to jail, the complaint alleges.</p><p>After being arrested and released on bail on criminal trespassing and related charges for the incident, Fisher again messaged Gonda.</p><p>&#8220;U cant and wont imagine the pain and hell ur goin 2 go through,&#8221; Fisher wrote in the text message on May 10.</p><p>Fisher is facing one misdemeanor count each of stalking and retaliation in the incident. The penalties could result in up to seven years behind bars.</p><p>Luzerne County Judge Tina Polachek Gartley on Friday granted a request to continue Fisher&#8217;s sentencing to Feb. 24 to consolidate additional charges of theft, burglary, and receiving stolen property.</p><p>Fisher was remanded to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility.</p><style>
