Qatari housing project in Gaza concludes 1st stage

<p>HANOVER TWP. &#8212; Police Saturday said they apprehended a man who robbed the Family Dollar on Carey Avenue a few blocks from the store while carrying the exact amount of cash taken in the robbery.</p><p>Scott Joseph Kielkucki, 44, of Lee Park Avenue was picked up on Barney Street after a description was provided to area police departments, police said. Kielkucki faces charges of robbery, simple assault, theft and harassment, police said.</p><p>The robbery occurred at approximately 10:30 a.m. when Kielkucki entered the store and handed the cashier a note demanding money, police said. He also indicated that he had a weapon, but no weapon was recovered when he was arrested, police said. Kielkucki admitted that he was the suspect in the robbery and he had $183 on him, police said.</p><style>
