Police: A non-resident dumping trash at Interfaith Heights apartment complex

<p>Michael Tracy and Kelly Ann Bevilaqua, along with their families, are happy to announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.</p><p>The bride-to-be is the daughter of John and Mary Ann Bevilaqua of Dallas. She is the granddaughter of the late Thomas and Ann Clonan of Pittston and the late John and Regina Bevilaqua of Port Griffith. She is a graduate of Dallas High School, the University of Scranton, Pennsylvania College of Technology, and Nova Southeastern University. She is employed at Geisinger Community Medical Center as chief physician assistant with trauma services.</p><p>The groom to be is the son of Hugh Tracy of Avoca and Paula Tracy of Harding. He is the grandson of John Gosciewski and the late Madlyn Gosciewski of Wilkes Barre and the late James and Laura Tracy of West Pittston. He is a graduate of Coughlin High School and Penn State University. He is currently a nursing student. He is employed at Geisinger Community Medical Center and is in emergency medical services.</p><p>The couple was engaged on July 4, 2015 and a wedding is planned in 2016.</p><style>
