<p>The Municipality of Kingston and Wyoming Valley West High School students will present a program on storm water management at 7 p.m. on Monday in council chambers. Students and educators visited several of the municipality&#8217;s storm sewers under the guidance of Adam Gober, director of public works. The public is welcome to attend.
