Dallas Rotary Club rings the bells for the Salvation Army

NANTICOKE - State Senator John Yudichak reminds area veterans that a Pennsylvania American Legion service officer will be available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 26, at his district office at 164 S. Market St. in Nanticoke.Interested veterans and their spouses are asked to call 570-740-2434 to schedule an appointment. Surviving spouses can also meet with the service officer to learn about their eligibility for VA benefits.The officer will provide information on government benefits including VA health care, compensation, pension, education and dependent benefits.
