<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A Nanticoke man jailed on charges he raped two women at knife point pleaded guilty Tuesday to separate charges he shot a woman in the head after a dispute over cash.</p><p>Michael Angelo Foschini Jr., 26, of 328 W. Main St., pleaded guilty in Luzerne County Court to charges of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and possession of marijuana. He is scheduled to be sentenced March 22.</p><p>According to the criminal complaint, Foschini and the victim, India Pranzoni, were parked in a remote area near an abandoned building off Willow Street in Wilkes-Barre on Dec. 12, 2014, when the two began arguing over money Foschini believed he was owed.</p><p>Foschini told Pranzoni to get out but grew agitated when she took too long. He exited the vehicle and walked to the trunk area and later emerged with what Pranzoni said looked like a &#8220;long black gun, like a rifle.&#8221; Foschini told Pranzoni it was only a BB gun and not to worry.</p><p>He then shot her in the head and fled the scene.</p><p>Pranzoni made multiple attempts to enter the abandoned building before making her way to a residence on Academy Street and eventually to Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre&#8217;s urgent care facility.</p><p>Pranzoni was later transported to Geisinger Wyoming Valley, where pieces of a projectile and fragments of her skull were removed from her head and turned over to investigators. Police were told Pranzoni still has fragments in her brain but surgery to remove the items wasn&#8217;t necessary at the time.</p><p>A saliva sample later taken from Foschini matched DNA evidence found on two women raped in 2011 and 2012.</p><p>State police said the victim from 2012 claimed Foschini<a href="https://www.timesleader.com/news/local/376533/nanticoke-man-charged-with-raping-second-woman" target="_blank"> drove her to a Plymouth Township cemetery</a> on Nov. 16, 2012, where he threatened her with a knife and forced her to perform oral sex before he raped her, according to the complaint. The victim had told police Foschini kept making her say she liked being raped.</p><p>In July, state police charged Foschini on similar allegations he abducted and then <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/news/local/374795/nanticoke-man-charged-with-kidnapping-raping-woman-in-2011" target="_blank">raped a woman at knife point</a> in another Plymouth Township cemetery on Dec. 13, 2011. Upon arriving at the cemetery, Foschini allegedly told the woman &#8220;all you (expletive) are alike.&#8221;</p><p>Foschini is currently jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility without bail.</p><style>
