Gov. Wolf, state officials provide update on winter storm preparations, resident safety

<p>The annual Christmas party for members and guests of the Kingston Citizens Advisory Commission was held at Theo &#8216;s Metro in Kingston. A champagne toast was given by chairperson Andrea Petrasek and Kingston Mayor James Haggerty updated the group on municipality happenings. The commission meets on the second Monday of each month, except July and August, and is open to any Kingston resident eighteen years and older who is a registered voter.
