Attorney seeks to modify $500k bail for alleged casino scheme ‘mastermind’

TUNKHANNOCK &#8212; &#8220;Hiking Through the Natural Beauty of Pennsylvania&#8221; will be the topic of a talk given by author Jeff Mitchell at 11 a.m. Jan. 30 at the Dietrich Theater in Tunkhannock.His presentation will showcase Pennsylvania&#8217;s beautiful parks and natural areas,including hiking trails and waterways, with a focus on locations in northeasternPennsylvania. During this presentation, audience members will explore hiddenwaterfalls, expansive vistas and isolated wild areas. Several new pictures will beadded from last year&#8217;s presentation.
