<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Isaac Matos, one of the teenagers charged after leading <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/news/local/505191/police-teenagers-in-stolen-vehicle-intentionally-struck-police-vehicles-during-pursuit" target="_blank">police on a high speed chase last week,</a> spoke softly as he was lead out of court on Wednesday.</p><p>When asked if he was sorry about the case, Matos replied &#8220;sort of.&#8221;</p><p>State police announced on Wednesday that Matos, 16, of Scranton, would be charged as an adult. He appeared before Magisterial District Judge Thomas Malloy for a preliminary arraignment just a few hours after the announcement.</p><p>Matos was jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility after Malloy set bail at $100,000.</p><p>Police said the other teenager is being charged as a juvenile.</p><style>
