<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A section of Interstate 81 northbound will be restricted to a single lane on Sunday.</p><p>The single-lane closure will be between Exit 170B (Wilkes Barre) and Exit 175 (Dupont). The closure will begin at 4 a.m. and is scheduled to remain in place until 6 p.m.</p><p>PennDOT officials say the official will be in place to allow crews to move traffic from the old bridge onto the new one.</p><style>
