CHESTER, Pa. (AP) — Authorities have accused a man of posting online threats targeting police officers in Chester. Authorities say 23-year-old David Milbourne of Media was upset with Tuesday night's arrest of a 17-year-old girl accused of posting threats against fellow students in the Chester schools. The threats against police were posted Wednesday on social media. Milbourne is charged with making terroristic threats and harassment. It's not known if he has a lawyer who can comment on the charges. It's not clear if there is a connection between the suspects.
