Pennsylvania voters to decide mandatory judicial retirement age

<p>Saturday morning traffic looks light and smooth throughout the area.</p><p>Traffic is free flowing along Interstates 81 and 476 save a short stretch of 476 outside of Yatesville and some minor congestion at the intersection of 81 and State Route 309.</p><p>Downtown Wilkes-Barre shows some congestion and major intersections along Wilkes-Barre Boulevard at East Northampton, East Market and Scott Streets.</p><p>The Cross Valley express is reported clear.
