<p>HAZLETON &#8212; City police responded to a disturbance in the area of 9 and 11 East Arbutus Street around 3:28 a.m. Sunday, and arrested Keilly Origines Andujar, 33, of West Hazleton. Andujar was charged with disorderly conduct.</p><style>
