<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; City police say an attempt to stop a man at the Sherman Hills complex late Saturday resulted in a foot chase and ultimately an arrest for charges out of Mifflin County.</p><p>According to police, Donald Wileman of Wilkes-Barre took off when approached around 11:19 p.m. Officers caught Wileman and checked his record, finding he had an active &#8220;capias,&#8221; or writ ordering an arrest, out of Mifflin County for burglary.</p><p>Wileman, 29, was taken into custody and transported to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility, to be arraigned on local charges of flight to avoid apprehension, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and trespass. He is also being held on the burglary arrest warrant.</p><style>
