<p>The ride into work and school this morning could be slowed by some areas of traffic congestion.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476. Scattered areas of minor and heavy congestion are reported on Routes 315 and 115, while the North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion.</p><p>Downtown, Wilkes-Barre Boulevard and South Wilkes-Barre Boulevard are each reporting scattered areas of minor and heavy traffic congestion. Minor and heavy congestion is reported throughout Hazle Street, as well as on North Main, South Main, North River and South River streets.</p><p>In Kingston, areas of minor and heavy congestion are reported on Market Street and Wyoming Avenue throughout the borough.</p><p>For up-to-date traffic information, including traffic cams, visit the Times Leader&#8217;s <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/traffic" target="_blank">traffic page</a>.</p><style>
