<p>The Wilkes-Barre Family YMCA received a $4,000 Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) donation from Waste Management to support the Blue Sky Educational Program at Camp Kresge, allowing 80 children to attend camp this summer. Blue Sky is a Mericle Foundation initiative.
