<p>The Luzerne County Transportation Authority board of directors held their annual reorganization meeting for the purpose of electing new officers to serve for the 2016 term. The following officers were elected: Arthur Bobbouine, chairperson; Patrick Conway, vice-chairperson; Charles Sciandra, treasurer; T. Lynette Villano, secretary; Sean Robbins, Esq., assistant treasurer; Gary Polakoski, assistant secretary.
