Natalie Keepers' attorney had requested the hearing after she was charged with accessory after the fact and illegally disposing of Nicole Lovell's body. Another charge of being an accessory after the fact was filed Tuesday afternoon. The Montgomery County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court clerk's office said Wednesday morning that the hearing, originally set for 12:30 p.m., was removed from the docket. Keepers' classmate, David Eisenhaur, is charged with kidnapping and murder. He and Keepers are being held without bail.
