Philadelphia man charged with selling drugs at Wyoming Valley Mall

<p>PITTSTON TWP. &#8212; An Avoca man faces charges after allegedly stealing an e-cigarette vaporizer of a coworker.</p><p>Sgt. Pete Hockenberry filed charges against a 21-year-old man from Avoca after an employee at Taco Bell reported that her electronic cigarette vaporizer had been stolen that was valued at $215, police reported on Jan. 29.</p><p>Video surveillance was obtained that showed another employee taking the vaporizer. Police made contact with the male suspect who initially denied taking the vaporizer, but ended up returning the stolen vaporizer and admitting to the theft.</p><p>Police did not name the suspect or the victim.</p><p>According to online court records, Joshua M. Normile, 21, of Avoca, was charged on Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property in connection with an offense that took place in Pittston Township on Jan. 28.</p><style>
