Philadelphia man charged with selling drugs at Wyoming Valley Mall

<p>LARKSVILLE &#8212; Borough police are investigating damage to a vehicle on Howard Street.</p><p>Larksville police were dispatched to a residence on in the 200 block of Howard Street on Jan. 30 at approximately 9:55 a.m. for a report of criminal mischief having been done to a vehicle.</p><p>K-9 Officer Joshua Evans arrived and spoke to the complainant who said he parked his vehicle in front of his residence around 8 p.m. the night before and, when he came outside that morning, found a rear window had been broken by a beer bottle.</p><p>A broken Heineken beer bottle was found lying on the ground near the truck, police said.</p><style>
