Arrest papers say Duryea man charged in 2014 fatal crash had heroin and other drugs in his system

<p>KINGSTON TWP. &#8212; Township police are investigating the disappearance of a man that reportedly suffers from mental illness and was recently released from a mental health facility.</p><p>Police say that Larry George Wesley, 36, was reported missing by his father on Wednesday. Wesley was last seen at his parents&#8217; residence in Shavertown at approximately 8 p.m. on Jan. 31. He left the residence in a 1997 Toyota Avalon that had a &#8220;Sunoco&#8221; sticker on the rear bumper.</p><p>Police said that while Wesley was recently released from a mental health facility, it was not known if he is in possession of his prescribed medication.</p><p>Wesley is described as a white man, but the police report did not give any other details on his appearance.</p><p>Anyone that comes in contact with Wesley, or has information on his whereabouts, is asked to contact should Sgt.
