<p>Diners will have an opportunity to experience ten different ethnic specialties, along with a selection of desserts, at the Luzerne United Methodist Church &#8220;Ethnic Sampling&#8221; planned from 5 to 7 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 13 at the church, 446 Bennett St., Luzerne. Donation is $9 for adults and $3 for children. Tickets are available at the door but advance ticket purchases are encouraged. Call the Church at 570-287-6231.
