PLAINS TWP. &#8212; A Wilkes-Barre man and two juveniles faces charges after allegedly attempting to break into parked cars at Mohegan Sun Pocono on Friday.According to a police report:Police were called to investigate a report of men attempting to gain entry into parked vehicles at Mohegan Sun Pocono at about 1 a.m.Police said they made contact with three males who were in possession of latex gloves.They said Quintin Conklin of Wilkes-Barre will face charges of criminal conspiracy to commit theft from a motor vehicle.
