On the Books: When “Downton Abbey” ends, pick up “The American Heiress” to fill the void

<p>Whether the morning plans include a trip to church or activities with the family, traffic is at a minimum this morning.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstate 81, but some scattered areas of minor congestion are reported on Interstate 476.</p><p>Routes 315 and 115 are each free of traffic congestion, but scattered areas of minor congestion are reported on the North Cross Valley Expressway.</p><p>Aside from some minor traffic reported on North River Street, the downtown area is free of any other areas of traffic congestion.</p><p>Kingston is also free of traffic congestion.</p><p>For up-to-date traffic information, including traffic cams, visit the Times Leader&#8217;s <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/traffic" target="_blank">traffic page</a>.</p><style>
