<p>Commuters could experience some delays thanks to areas of traffic congestion this morning.</p><p>Free-flowing traffic is reported on Interstates 81 and 476. Heavy traffic congestion is reported on Route 315 near the Woodlands Inn, as well as on Route 115 in the area of East Mountain Boulevard.</p><p>The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of traffic congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps.</p><p>Near the Wyoming Valley Mall, scattered areas of minor and heavy traffic congestion are reported on Kidder and Spring streets.</p><p>Downtown, more scattered areas of minor and heavy traffic congestion are reported throughout the area. Affected streets include:</p><p>&#8226; Wilkes-Barre / South Wilkes-Barre boulevards</p><p>&#8226; East Northampton Street</p><p>&#8226; Hazle Street</p><p>&#8226; South Main Street</p><p>&#8226; Public Square</p><p>&#8226; West Market Street</p><p>&#8226; North / South River streets</p><p>In Kingston, areas of minor traffic congestion are reported throughout Market Street, while scattered areas of minor and heavy congestion are reported throughout Wyoming Avenue.</p><p>For up-to-date traffic information, including traffic cams, visit the Times Leader&#8217;s <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/traffic" target="_blank">traffic page</a>.</p><style>
