TURTLE CREEK, Pa. (AP) — Police have an arrest warrant for a man who allegedly shot his cousin prompting a SWAT response at an apartment complex in the Pittsburgh suburbs. Twenty-seven-year Timothy C. Brown, of Penn Hills, is wanted on attempted homicide and other charges for allegedly shooting his cousin, 21-year-old Aaron Thornton-Blalock. County police and a SWAT team responded because Brown reportedly fled into the eight-story Laurel Village apartments in Wilkins Township after Monday afternoon's shooting. The building was searched apartment-by-apartment and Brown wasn't found. He remained at large Tuesday and his cousin was in critical condition at nearby AHN Forbes Hospital. The hospital was locked down during Monday's police response and guards were still posted there Tuesday to keep Thorton-Blalock and others safe. The hospital was operating normally otherwise.
