<p>SCRANTON &#8212; Some of Northeastern Pennsylvania&#8217;s most notable blues musicians are gathering at the Scranton Cultural Center to benefit the ongoing operations, restoration and programming at the SCC.</p><p>Soul Shakers Winter Blues Guitarmageddon will take place at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 26 in the Grand Ballroom at the SCC, 420 North Washington Ave. The Soul Shakers Rhythm Section, made up of Sharon O&#8217;Connell and Bill Coleman will combine talents with keyboard player Eric Brody to be the backing band for Phyllis Hopkins, Doug &amp; Eamonn Hubert, Bob McCartney, Teddy Young, Clarence Spady, Matt Bennick and Peter Florance.</p><p>Tickets cost $20 and can be purchased at the Fidelity Bank Box Office at the SCC, by calling 570-344-1111 or at all applicable Ticketmaster outlets. A cash bar will be available on the evening of the event, and the Peculiar Culinary Company&#8217;s food truck will be on site with food for purchase.
