Man arrested for punching parked vehicle

<p>KINGSTON &#8212; A man wanted by Luzerne County Adult Probation was taken into custody Wednesday.</p><p>Officers Matthew Bonawits and Jon Karasinski located Douglas Kistler, 55, at his home in Kingston and took him into custody as a wanted person.</p><p>Officers also located a marijuana smoking device in the home at the time of his arrest.</p><p>Kistler was transported to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was filed in District Court 11-1-05.</p><style>
