<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; In a prepared statement released Saturday, two Philadelphia men were arrested for receiving stolen property said Pennsylvania State Police at Wyoming.</p><p>On Monday, a 2008 Subaru Imprezza was stolen from a residence in Tunkhannock, the report said.</p><p>On Saturday, the state police at Wyoming was checking the area around Maxwell and Mundy Streets, where the crime unit found Naheem W. Smith and Gregory Qadir Butler operating the vehicle. The occupants of the vehicle were taken into custody without incident at the Sherman Street Quick Mart, with assistance of Wilkes-Barre City.</p><p>Both Smith and Butler were arraigned by District Justice Joseph Spagnulo and lodged at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000 bail.</p><p>Smith, the driver of the vehicle, was charged with receiving stolen property. Butler was charged with receiving stolen property and possession of marijuana.</p><p>The report said Butler was also wanted by PA State Parole Authorities and a detainer was placed on him.</p><style>
