<p>KINGSTON &#8212; Edwardsville resident Edward Engelman, 36, was charged with robbery for the alleged theft of lottery tickets from the Sunoco Gas Station at Wyoming Avenue and Northampton Street on Feb. 6, police said.</p><p>Officer John Sosnoski had released a surveillance photo last week seeking tips on the alleged culprit&#8217;s identity. Police said Engelman was located Saturday by officers from Kingston and Edwardsville.</p><p>Engelman was lodged in the Luzerne County Correctional Facility on $15,000 bail, police said.</p><style>
