<p>Stephanie Frank and Colin Martinson, together with their families, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.</p><p>The bride-to-be is the daughter of John and Helen Frank of Harveys Lake. She is the granddaughter of Jean and Donald Wesley of Sweet Valley and the late Florence and George Frank of Glen Lyon.</p><p>She is a 2003 graduate of Lake-Lehman High School and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in fine arts from Eastern University in 2007 and a Master of Education from King&#8217;s College in 2014. She is employed as an art teacher by the Wilkes-Barre Area School District at Coughlin High School.</p><p>The prospective groom is the son of John and Cathy Martinson of Harveys Lake. He is the grandson of the late George and Thelma Martinson of Wilkes-Barre and the late Frank and Josephine Tutella of Wilkes-Barre.</p><p>He is a 2002 graduate of Lake-Lehman High School. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy from Bloomsburg University in 2008, a Bachelor of Arts in education in 2009 from Florida Gulf Coast University and is currently a graduate student at King&#8217;s College. He is employed as a senior director of aquatic research and watercraft development at Harveys Lake Powersports.</p><p>The couple will exchange vows on July 16, 2016 at The Barn at Glistening Pond in Falls.</p><style>
