Montgomery Avenue and Sarah J. Dymond schools adopt new reading program

<p>Jennifer Frusciante and Steven Bale, together with their families, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.</p><p>The bride-to-be is the daughter of Nick and Betsy Frusciante of Edwardsville. She is the granddaughter of Betty Stochla and the late Mayor Joseph J. Stochla of Edwardsville, Betty Lee Frusciante of Swoyersville and the late Nick Frusciante Sr.</p><p>She is a 2001 graduate of Wyoming Valley West High School, earned a bachelor&#8217;s degree in elementary education from Misericordia University and earned a masters in special education from Wilkes University. She is currently employed as a 6th grade learning support teacher at the Wyoming Valley West Middle School in Kingston. She is also the youth minister at St. Ignatius Loyola parish in Kingston.</p><p>The prospective groom is the son of Terry and Evelyn Bale of Apalachin, New York. He is the grandson of the late Theodore &#8220;Ted&#8221; and Priscilla Falardeau of Berlin, New Hampshire and Arthur &#8220;Bud&#8221; Bale and the late Eileen Bale of Vestal, New York.</p><p>He is a 2002 graduate of Vestal Central High School. He attended Broome County Community College and studied Political Science at SUNY Empire State College.</p><p>The couple will exchange vows July 2, 2016 at St. Ignatius Church in Kingston.</p><style>
