<p>John and Susan Toy of Kittanning are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Gretchen, to Josef Woodside, son of Karen and John Rizzo of Kittanning and Jeffrey and Jodi Woodside of Oviedo, Florida.</p><p>The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of the late Ellis &#8220;Pete&#8221; and Margaret &#8220;Peg&#8221; Toy of Ford City and the late Duane Cecil Henry and Shirley Crutchman (Henry) Fouse of Leechburg.</p><p>Gretchen is a 2008 graduate of Kittanning Senior High School. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in corporate communications from Penn State University in 2011, and is currently employed as a public relations associate at Burson-Marsteller, a global firm in Pittsburgh.</p><p>The prospective groom is the grandson of William &#8220;Bill&#8221; and Avis Mohney of Kittanning, and the late Robert &#8220;Bob&#8221; and Grace Woodside of Ford City.</p><p>Josef is a 2007 graduate of Elderton High School, and is currently employed by Pipeline Systems, Inc., an oil and gas construction company based in Meadville.</p><p>Gretchen and Josef look forward to celebrating their marriage with family and friends on July 1, 2017 at The Gathering Place at Darlington Lake.</p><style>
