<p>KINGSTON &#8212; Police said Monday that Edward Engelman, 36, of Edwardsville, has been identified as the suspect who allegedly stole lottery tickets from the Sunoco gas station at the intersection of Wyoming Avenue and Northampton Street on Feb. 6.</p><p>Engelman was arraigned on a single county of robbery and lodged at the Luzerne County Prison for lack of $15,000 bail.</p><style>
