<p>SCRANTON, Pa. (AP) &#8212; Pennsylvania&#8217;s embattled attorney general says she&#8217;s going to publicly discuss the future of her office on the deadline day to file signatures to get on the April 26 primary ballot.</p><p>Kathleen Kane says she&#8217;ll make the announcement at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in Scranton.</p><p>Kane is the first Democrat and first woman elected to the office. But she&#8217;s fighting criminal charges for allegedly leaking grand jury material to a newspaper, and the state Supreme Court voted unanimously last year to suspend her law license.</p><p>She has discussed the possibility of running for a second term. But she&#8217;s facing stiff resistance from within her party in the primary and she isn&#8217;t backed by any identifiable campaign organization.</p><p>The Department of State hasn&#8217;t reported receiving signatures from Kane yet.</p><style>
