<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police have released more details, including the names of suspects, after federal agents <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/news/local/511058/atf-wilkes-barre-police-take-enforcement-action-on-charles-street" target="_blank">executed an &#8220;enforcement action&#8221;</a> on a residence on Charles Street last week.</p><p>Police said Truman Jones, 40, Kimberly Ramsey, 25, and Victoria Kraynak, 44, were all arrested and charged with felony-related drug crimes as a result of the raid.</p><p>On Feb. 9, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), along with city police and Pennsylvania State Police Troop P Vice Unit, executed a search warrant at 163 Charles Street.</p><p>Investigators said that distribution quantities of heroin, illegal firearms, drug paraphernalia and cash was seized during the search.</p><p>Police said the warrant was the result of a cooperative effort between local, state and federal agencies. The case was started several months ago by the Wilkes-Barre Anti Crime Unit and the P Vice Unit.</p><p>Police said the ATF was involved in the investigation due to the alleged reports of illegal firearms involved.</p><p>Court documents indicate that Ramsey and Kraynak each face drug possession and manufacture, deliver or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver charges. A court docket for Jones is not yet available.</p><p>Ramsey remains jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $50,000 bail, while Kraynak is free on $50,000 bail.</p><p>Both are scheduled for preliminary hearings before Magisterial District Judge Rick Cronauer at 10 a.m. on Feb. 23.</p><style>
