PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Residents around eastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey are cleaning up a day after heavy rain and strong winds damaged roofs and caused power outages. Tuesday's storm ripped off a roof of the Boys Club in the Holmesburg section of Philadelphia and at a barn in Bucks County. WPVI-TV reports (http://6abc.cm/1QIj9xD ) the fast-moving storm toppled two tractor-trailers on the Walt Whitman Bridge. The accident delayed traffic for more than an hour. Across southern New Jersey, high winds left a trail of damage, including a billboard knocked over in Camden and a tree that fell onto a home and power lines in Mantua. Downed power lines shut down major roadways across the region. At one point, 20,000 PSE&G customers were without electricity. By Wednesday morning, power had been restored to most customers.
